Well there is a quote about everything being a p*****. So having tried to be more general, am now not going to bother, as I have learnt far too much about the subject. I could be guessing forever.
Why did I start this?
WORKING ON:
COMPLETED: Decade, Secret 1,2 3, 4,5, Bookworm,  Bookworm secrets 1-10
TEMP END: Alphabetics - K,  Numerics 50, Roman X

It isn't a guess. Only certain "types" cause that. The don't be specific hint is telling you to look for the group name, or scientific name if you will, and not a specific version of the group.

Got it, thought I'd tried that amongst everything else. Now at tempend. I like these kinds of levels, but not when you have to work out how to put the answer you want.

The "Be a Dick" levels are taken from the old text-based click games famous in the commodore 64 era. Back then you didn't have images or hyperlinks.

You have  a base set of instructions the games would understand, otherwise they would return an error. AS an example, you could type "turn left" an that would be accepted. However "left turn at next intersection" would result in a command not found error.

Emulating that, without coding the 100s of possible executable codes or guesses would take years. So, it is a trade of here. :wink6:
